Regulations for stays with dogs at Białka SPA & Resort
1. These terms and conditions set out the rules for dogs staying on the premises of Białka SPA & Resort (hereinafter: the „Property”).
2. The stay of animals other than dogs is strictly forbidden.
3. Dogs are only accepted in selected apartments. Before making a reservation, guests are required to ensure that their chosen apartment allows dogs.
4. Within the communal areas of the Property, dogs must be kept on a lead and remain under the constant supervision of the owner or their authorised representative. It is forbidden to leave a dog unattended in the apartment or to bring it into the SPA area.
5. The owner is obliged to ensure that the dog does not disturb the peace and comfort of other Guests, in particular through noise or aggressive behaviour. In the case of repeatedly substantiated complaints, the Property reserves the right to order the dog to be removed from the Property at the owner's expense.
6. The use of the Property's equipment, in particular bedding, towels, blankets, and other furnishings, for the needs of a dog is prohibited, with the exception of accessories clearly intended for animals.
7. Cleaning of the apartment where the dog is present will only take place in the owner's presence or when the animal is absent.
8. The dog owner is obliged to immediately remove any waste left by their dog and to ensure that the dog does not relieve itself within the Premises, except in designated areas, if any have been made available.
The Owner is fully responsible for any damage and excessive soiling caused by the dog on the Property or in the property of other Guests. The costs of their removal will be charged according to the actual costs of repair or cleaning.
10. The dog owner declares that the animal is healthy, poses no threat to people or other animals, and has up-to-date vaccinations as required by law. The establishment may request to see the dog's health record or other documentation confirming the required vaccinations have been administered.
Checking in to the Property with a dog is tantamount to confirming that these regulations have been read and their provisions accepted.
