Terms and Conditions for Stays with Dogs at Białka Spa & Resort Aparthotel
(hereinafter referred to as the „Object”)

1. Dogs are accepted in selected apartments. The client is obliged to check before making a reservation whether the apartment chosen by them allows pets. This information can be found on the website https://www.odkryj-bialke.com/kompleks/bialka-spa-resort or can be provided by Reception Staff.
2. For safety reasons, dogs in public places must be kept on a lead and under the supervision of their owner or an authorised person.
3. Dogs are forbidden in the SPA zone.
4. The dog must not disturb other Guests staying at the Property. Dog owners are responsible for complying with the Property's regulations regarding quiet hours at the Property and not disturbing other Guests.
5. In the event of repeated, substantiated complaints from other Guests, the Establishment reserves the right to remove the dog from the premises, at the owner's expense.
7. It is forbidden to use the accessories located in the Property, including but not limited to bedding, towels, blankets, for the dog's needs.
8. For safety reasons, the cleaning of the room/apartment with a dog present will only take place in the presence of the owner or when the animal is absent from the apartment.
9. The dog must remain under the supervision of the owner or an authorised person at all times during its stay on the Premises.
10. Any damage caused by the dog to the Property or to the belongings of other Guests, and any soiling requiring additional cleaning, will be assessed individually, and the dog's owner will be charged for the costs.
11. The dog owner is obliged to immediately clean up any waste left by the animal on the premises and in the vicinity of the Property.
12. Owners bringing a dog declare that the animal is healthy and poses no threat to other animals or people, possesses a valid and up-to-date health book with records of all vaccinations and deworming required by law, which they undertake to present upon the request of the Facility, relevant authorities, or injured persons.
By checking into the Property with a dog, the dog owner declares that they have familiarised themselves with these regulations and accept their provisions.
